This Refund & Returns Policy explains the process, eligibility, timelines, and conditions for returns, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, and refunds made through our e-commerce website.

2. General Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return or replacement requests only where the product meets the conditions below:

- Wrong product delivered
- Product seal broken before delivery

To qualify for return or replacement:
- Product must be unused and unopened (unless damaged on arrival)
- Original packaging, labels, invoice, and accessories must be retained

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or wrong item delivered:

- Oils, creams, gels, or ingestible products after opening
- Free gifts / promotional items

Consumable categories are commonly restricted from return on similar brand policies.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. If payment has been captured, refund will be initiated to original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customer may use return/replacement options if eligible.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in suspension of COD facility for future purchases.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive:
- Broken package
- Leaked product

- Missing quantity
- Tampered parcel
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Full parcel photos
- Product photos
- Shipping label photo
- Unboxing video (recommended)

6. Exchange Policy
Subject to stock availability, exchanges may be permitted for unopened products returned in original condition.
Exchange requests may require:
- Proof of purchase
- Images of all package sides

Some similar industry sites require prior approval and intact packaging for exchanges.
If exchange product price is higher, customer pays difference. If lower, balance may be refunded or credited at company discretion.

- Net Banking: 3–7 business days

8. Shipping Charges & Return Shipping
Refundable
- Product amount for approved damaged / wrong / defective item claims
Usually Non-Refundable
- Shipping charges already used for successful delivery
- Priority shipping upgrades
- COD convenience fee (if any)
- Reverse logistics charges where customer changes mind
Unless required by law or company error.
9. Quality Verification Before Refund

Ayurvedic / herbal products support wellness and may affect individuals differently. Refunds cannot be guaranteed merely because expected personal results were not achieved.
Customers should consult a qualified doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under treatment.
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be contested with documentary evidence including shipment proof, tracking, and communication logs.
14. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability for any approved claim shall ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the concerned order, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
